deli ham
1/4 inch thick, julienned

deli turkey

peeled and quartered
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, shallot, garlic, thyme, ½ tsp. salt, and ¼ tsp. pepper. Add the cucumber and marinate for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl combine lettuce, radishes, and tomatoes. Add marinated cucumbers with dressing and toss until evenly coated.
Arrange ham, turkey, and cheese on top of the vegetables. Top with hard-boiled eggs.
