Boulevardier Cocktail

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 ounce bourbon or rye whiskey
  • 1 ounce Campari
  • 1 ounce sweet vermouth
  • orange or lemon peel/ twist, for garnish

Instructions
 

To make a Boulevardier on the rocks:

  • Measure out ingredients and pour into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice. Gently stir.
  • Garnish with lemon or orange peel.

To make a Boulevardier up, no ice:

  • Measure out ingredients and pour into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Stir for 30 seconds using a long spoon.
  • Strain out cocktail into a chilled martini glass or coupe. Garnish with lemon or organe peel.
